On this page, you can easily register for the meeting. You have two options:

To participate in the meeting, you must have a good command of English and be able to travel to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. There is no online participation option.

Option 1. Meeting Registration

You register to attend the meeting and pay a registration fee of 75 EUR p.p. Your registration covers the joint reception on Friday, June 13th, as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday, June 14th, along with all scheduled coffee and refreshment breaks (June 14th and June 15th). Option 2. Submit an application Meeting Participation Scholarship.

For patients who would like to attend the FSHD Connect Europe Meeting but are unable to cover the costs for registration fee and hotel accommodation themselves, we offer the opportunity to apply for a financial grant (travel expenses are not included). This ensures you can participate free of charge.

In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to participate in 4 rounds with a variety of engaging and interactive workshops or visit FSHD café.

Indicate your preference for up to 4 workshops. Workshop topics are explained on the program page in the website.
Workshops with insufficient interest may be cancelled. You will be informed in advance about the final topics.

Saturday evening, June 14, an our 3-course dinner will be served. Please make your choice below.
